You've built everything.
Almost none of it is switched on.

The product is there, so is the brand. What's missing is someone to switch on the channels that sell it. Website, advertising, email, imagery and the right stores: we get them moving.

We work with jewellery only.

One industry, and three things we know how to do.

Selling

We handle online advertising, email and the website: we set them up, follow them week by week and measure what actually brings orders. We report the results plainly, month by month.

Building tools

We develop custom software for our clients, streamlining their processes. Less time lost, fewer mistakes.

AI content creation

We start from your product photography: the piece stays exactly as it was shot, while backgrounds, settings and seasonal visuals are built by us. Fresh imagery, without a new shoot.

Your website today, in four numbers.

21 sec

for the page to appear on a phone

On desktop, two are enough. Anyone who finds you through Instagram stares at a blank screen and goes back.

0

active advertising campaigns

The account is there and the catalogue is connected. A campaign has never been launched.

25

photographs across the entire catalogue

Few images to carry an entire collection. With our AI software we can multiply them: the same shots become new settings and creatives for the site, social and campaigns.

1

email after signing up to the newsletter

We signed up to see what would arrive. A welcome after three minutes, then silence.

Four things that cost you sales.

The product and the brand are there. What costs you sales is everything around them online.

01

The website

We work on the loading speed of the home page and product pages: image weight, video, load order. On a phone the first screen has to appear immediately.

We walk through the purchase step by step, from the bracelet to the payment: buttons that say what they do, no step that leaves any doubt.

We put the answers people need in order to decide right next to the price: size, shipping, returns and warranty, with nothing to hunt for elsewhere.

02

Email

Email isn't tracked: today nobody can say how many sales it brings.

The technical signature proving those emails are yours is missing, so a share of them lands in spam.

We fix the technical foundation: domain authentication and send tracking, so every email arrives and gets measured.

We build the flows that work on their own: a welcome with the discount already applied, the half-abandoned cart, the return after purchase.

03

Advertising

The Google account is ready and not a single ad is running.

Meta is installed but receives no data: anyone who looks and doesn't buy is lost.

We put measurement in order before spending: one single system counting sales, and clean data flowing to Google and Meta.

We start with small campaigns on the models that already sell and raise the budget only on what pays back.

04

Photography

The atmospheric images you have generated tell a story, but the jewellery never appears in them.

The shot that explains what it's for is missing: beauty and protection never share the same frame.

We start from your shots and build the settings around them: the bracelet stays identical, only the scene changes.

We create an archive that covers the year: seasons, holidays, campaigns and social, without a new shoot every time.

You have no real competitor on the market.

A piece of jewellery that protects, with no subscription: nobody does it. Jewellers can't build electronics, and Apple will never make a bracelet.

Of the six competitors we checked, three no longer exist today: two shut down, one acquired in 2023.

One page makes almost all the revenue.

The page where the decision to pay is made. The full design, block by block, is in the attached document.

This is the page where the decision to pay is made. On a product that needs explaining, every doubt the customer has to go and resolve elsewhere becomes a lost order. This is where it is decided how many visitors become customers, and how much they spend.

The answers to those three questions already exist in your FAQ: today they sit at the bottom of the page.

Three phasesIt starts by putting the basics in order.

Repair

  • Loading speed on phone and desktop.
  • Purchase journey reworked through to payment.
  • Sales tracking in a single system.
  • Domain authentication for email.
  • Terms of sale and returns rewritten.

Switch on

  • Product catalogue live in the United States and Germany.
  • Sales data connected to Google and Meta.
  • First campaigns on the brand name.
  • Welcome flow in three languages.
  • Gifting journey inside the product page.
  • First set of new images from your catalogue.
  • Wholesale catalogue assessment ahead of Vicenzaoro and Milano Jewelry Week.

Push

  • Campaigns at full pace on Google and Meta.
  • Dedicated programme for retail jewellers.
  • Corporate gifting proposal.
  • App onboarding after purchase.
  • Battery replacement reminder.
  • Dedicated launch for the bracelet with NO MORE.

The order of the three phases is deliberate: first the basics, then switching the channels on, then the push. Each phase opens the next.

Cozzari Gioielleria

Same online revenue.
One sixth of the time.

120.000 €
in twelve months
120.000 €
in two months
Why we're telling you this

We took over campaigns returning less than 2 euros for every euro spent. In the first three months of management, ROAS climbed to 17.

With CERRET we start further back: a campaign has never been run at all. This is not only a matter of conversion, it is a matter of traffic. Today nobody is bringing any.

Cozzari is not an isolated case: we look after several jewellers across Italy. We can act as your commercial channel and bring your product into their stores.

Dedie

300 euros of budget.
Twenty jewellers stocking the brand.

The case closest to yours

Dedie makes welded jewellery: a bracelet closed directly on the wrist, in store. Like you, they sell to the public and to the trade at the same time. The jeweller is the point of sale, the counter is the channel.

At last year's Vicenzaoro we ran the acquisition campaign on a 300 euro budget. Twenty jewellers put Dedie into their store.

Same fair, same audience, same mechanics. This is the play we want to repeat with CERRET, starting on 4 September.

Two fairs to start fromVicenzaoro and Milan.

Vicenzaoro, 4 to 8 September

Vicenza exhibition centre. Alongside T.Gold and VO Vintage.

Five weeks from today.

This is the trade: buyers, distributors, department stores. You go in with a price list and come out with meetings.

Milano Jewelry Week, 20 to 26 October

Spread across the city: palazzi, ateliers, goldsmith workshops, galleries.

Twelve weeks from today.

A mixed public across the city. It's the place where a bracelet that needs explaining gets tried on.

And a channel that doesn't wait for the fairs

At a fair you go in with a price list and come out with meetings, but the calendar sets the pace. Alongside it we propose a second channel, open all year round: the Italian jewellers we already work with every day.

We introduce CERRET to the owners we work with, prepare the material the counter needs and follow the negotiation through to the order. For you it means presence in real stores, without building a sales network from scratch.

We built the tools ourselves.

Four proprietary products, already in use in the jewellers we look after. We don't buy them from anyone: we write and maintain them in-house.

Imagine · AI Studio

The piece is shot on a phone and the AI returns it as a professional shoot, with a style consistent across the whole catalogue. New arrivals go online within hours, without a photographer.

Dashboard

It pulls Meta, Google, Shopify and Klaviyo together on its own and cross-references costs and revenue. Overall CPA, ROAS and LTV, always up to date, in one place.

Catalogue upload

From the courier's delivery note to the online shop in one click: the software retrieves specs, photos and descriptions brand by brand and publishes the products on Shopify, with tags and taxonomy already filled in.

Ring size measurer

The customer places a card and then the ring on the screen: within seconds they know the right size, recommended brand by brand. Fewer abandoned carts, fewer returns for the wrong size.

These are the same tools you will find on keshilabs.com. They come into the work from the first month, at no licence cost.

You've built everything. Now let's switch it on.
